Becoming vego: late intro

I was reading Steve Pavlina‘s personal development for smart people website one day, and came across this idea from him that he found vegetarian diet keeps you more energetic and makes it easier for you to control your concentration level. And beneficial results were found with his wife when she went on vegetarian diet. Neither of them did it due to the animal concern like most vegetarians did. And after a few years he even switched from being a vegetarian to being a vegan. This really inspires me. I wonder if there will be any changes in my life – energy level after I go on vegetarian diet. So here I am, setting up this blog to document my experiment
Maybe some day my not so significant blog page can inspire some other health concerned people as well. That’s my new found goal.

Ooh. I love experiments in self exploration! My husband and our two kids just went veggie. It’s been fun, and sometimes not so much. I think it’s hard for a first grader to explain his choices in a lunch room full of hot-dogs.
You will be happy with your choice. Going vegetarian is the best way to decrease your ecological footprint, improve your health and balance your life.
